Technical characteristics and advantages of magnesium alloy injection molding
Molding temperature is 50～70℃ lower than that of die-casting, and the mold life is twice as long as that of conventional die-casting. The molding parameters such as metering, speed, pressure and temperature are all precisely controllable. The injection pressure and acceleration performance of the machine is higher. The molding temperature is low, and the product deformation is small. The product is dense without air trapping. More complex products can be molded. The molded products have high precision and good surface quality.
